Mrs Smith goes for gold

Today I am going to the Olympic Games and I am positively long jumping up and down.  Having considered watching athletics about the most snoringly dull pastime ever I now cannot wait to go.  I will yell my lungs out for all the athletes, especially Mo Farah.
